Fantastic Fest logo (unused concept)
Alamo Drafthouse held a design competition to create the new typographic logo for their annual Fantastic Fest film festival. Utilizing the brand colors of the Drafthouse (red, gold, and gray), I strove to design something that spoke to the glory days of Hollywood films, while still paying tribute to the sci-fi/fantasy nature of many of the films shown during the festival. Although this design was not selected as a finalist, I was a fun challenge to work with a brand identity that I've admired for so long.
