I Kill Draculas is a comedy/horror podcast recorded in Salem, MA. I was approached to develop a visual identity for the program, so I worked up a graphic that combined the classic tabletop podcast microphone with a coffin. The goal was to create something adaptable to both large and small sizes, as well as a color palette that could work on a wide variety of backgrounds. Since the graphic would also be printed on a shirts, hats, and other merchandise, I kept the color count down to a minimum to allow for a cost-effective and consistent way to screenprint and embroider the graphic. The colors were also selected specifically to work in both RGB and CMYK while remaining consistent in value and tone.
