The Inclusion team at Indeed requested a graphic that could be applied to various swag items such as stickers, pins, t-shirts, etc. It needed to be something that spoke to the underlying purpose and mission of inclusion and diversity, without leaving anyone out or sounding/looking too "corporate".

After some meeting with the team and concepting some ideas, I suggested the creation of an ambigram, so that it would read "Inclusion" one way, and "Diversity" when turned upside down. This would be symbolic of how the two are intertwined, how they work in harmony with each other, and how some people need to "see things from a different perspective" to make progress in this area.

This was my first ambigram design, and it was certainly a challenge to find the balance between legibility and artistic flair.
