The Elevate Foundation is a Workrise philanthropic initiative focused on closing the wage and employment gap for Black Americans through workforce development programs across five cities. I built the full visual identity from the ground up, logo, color palette, and creative toolkit, designed to stand on its own while living comfortably in the Workrise brand ecosystem. The work had to mean something. That wasn't a suggestion.
