2017 Hackathon - "Don't You Forget About Me - Keeping the hired inspired"
In 2017, the Creative was approached to help define a visual theme for the upcoming summer hackathon. They had already decided on an underlying concept of "What can Indeed do for people when they're not actively looking for a new job or career change?" Based on that concept, we developed it into a retro 1980s theme called "Don't You Forget About Me - Keeping the hired inspired".
We reached into Indeed's secondary brand color palette and, with the help of some bold 80s patterns, created a visually impactful but still on-brand package of assets that ranged from LED walls, photobooths, t-shirts, sticker, and internal communication.
